Recheck

In a very rare case, when a guardian has a genuine reason to doubt about his ward’s result, he may wish to appeal for a recheck, as is done even in the Board Examinations. The procedure to be followed, is given below:

Apply to the Principal of the school in writing, stating clearly your reasons for a recheck, within a week after the result. The Principal may or may not sanction the recheck. Kindly note that after the Principal’s approval, rechecking will be done for any number of papers at the rate of Rs. 200/- per paper, payable at the fee counter. The findings of the recheck will be intimated to you 15 days after it is sanctioned.

Recheck means – checking to see if all the questions are evaluated and if there are any mistakes in totaling or in transferring the marks. It does not mean re-evaluation.
